Cash pooling makes it possible to strengthen control of the accounts departments of several structures at a time and to optimise financial costs. This solution, which is particularly suited to companies held by a holding company, enables a group of companies to make the most of its overall accounts by combining balances and/or scales, with or without statements of entries.

Cash pooling Notionnel is the simplest version. It involves merging scales of accounts of the member companies without statements of accounts or of entries.
The main advantage of this option is that it maintains the autonomy between the structures of a same group: each account works independently with its own credit lines. At the end of each quarter a calculation of combined scales is carried out. This consists in overwriting the debits of one company with the credits of others.

Cash pooling Zero Balance Account (ZBA) is the most sophisticated from of cash pooling.
It makes it possible to visualise the overall cash situation of your Group’s structures from a single account.
To achieve this we set up a chain of transparent operations that includes in particular:

- Merging of accounts
- Reorganising of credit lines granted
